  • No. Cleanup and advisory services are available independently, depending on your needs.

  • No. We do not prepare or file tax returns. Our focus is on bookkeeping and cash flow and financial planning, ensuring your financials are accurate, organized, and ready for tax time.

  • Not exclusively. We recommend using QuickBooks Online, and Teresa (owner) is a QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor. We also work with clients who use Xero.

  • Yes. If you decide to move forward with us, we do request that you use either QuickBooks Online or Xero so we can ensure accurate, consistent reporting and reliable financials.

  • We regularly work with businesses that use tools such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, Gusto, and Ramp.

     

    These tools can be integrated with QuickBooks Online to create a clean, accurate general ledger, so your financials reflect what’s actually happening in your business.

  • Switching bookkeepers doesn’t have to be complicated. We'll review your current setup and handle the transition carefully so nothing falls through the cracks.
