Before starting my firm, I spent over 20 years in banking as a business loan underwriter, working closely with tradespeople, contractors, and family-owned businesses.
My role was to review financials, assess risk, and determine whether a business was positioned to grow—and I saw the same pattern again and again: capable, hardworking owners doing the right things operationally, but lacking clear, usable financial insight.
